Our annual Bottoms Up 5K Run & Walk supports awareness and the Colon Cancer Coalition. Every year we gather to hear about the impact of colonoscopy in our community – saving lives through prevention and immediate care for colon cancer.

The Bottoms Up 5K takes place at Founders Park in Rapid City. Registration opens at 10:30am, with the run beginning at 11am. 

Stroller and leashed pets are welcome. Coffee, cocoa, and water will be available for participants.
